On July 29, 2021, COERR Mae Sot and various local and private organizations, as well as committees in Ban Mae La Temporary Shelter, consisting of 95 persons of 73 males and 22 females, organized Tree Planting Activity for forest restoration in Ban Mae Ok Hoo, Mu 9, Mae La Subdistrict, Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province.

   The tree planting activity is to raise awareness of people participation in responsibility for environment protection, forest and ecological restoration; and to draw the attention of the participants on the importance of forest conservation.

   It also promoted the unity of people in Ban Mae La Temporary Shelter with the Thai host community, as well as local organizations concerned to jointly implement social responsibilities and environmental protection in their community.
